Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient practice that is performed fully dressed on a soft futon mat allowing for a greater range of treatment possibilities compared to being on a massage table. You are gently moved in various ways while remaining completely relaxed.
During the practice, I support you in releasing mental as well as physical tension and pain through a combination of Dynamic and Traditionally Static Techniques, Joint Mobilization and Passive Yoga Asanas while you remain completely relaxed.
For me, Thai Yoga Massage is meditation in motion, shared between two beings. The entire body is revitalised in a holistic way through deep presence and attunement to your needs in each moment.
